Parking Facility Systems (PFS) is a full service parking garage and parking lot maintenance company. Located in a 5,000 square foot facility, PFS is operated by parking professionals for parking professionals. Whether you need a complete parking garage maintenance package or a parking lot cleaned after a special event, PFS can handle the job.
We found that most vendors in the parking garage maintenance business were small, under insured and unreliable to contract with and did not provide quality service, so we made the commitment to open PFS and deliver quality products and services. With one call to PFS, a property manager, garage operator or lot owner can contract any service needed at their facility.
We offer such services as power sweeping, scrubbing, striping, pressure cleaning, garage and lot reconfiguration, preventative and scheduled maintenance. Items such as traffic cones, car stops and signs are also available at PFS, your Parking Depot! We made a commitment to this part of the business because we could not guarantee the quality of service by using outside contractors.
USA Parking Depot – PFS is also your one-stop shopping place to order and install any of your garage or lot equipment.
